Accessible Pods

Our Accessible Pods

The journey towards creating a more inclusive workplace is ongoing and multifaceted.

While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, incorporating meeting booths like the Accessible pods into your office design is a significant step in the right direction.

By doing so, you not only provide your employees with a physical space that caters to their diverse needs but also signal a broader commitment to inclusivity at every level of your organisation.

The result is a workplace where every employee, regardless of their working style or personal needs, feels valued, understood, and empowered to contribute their best.

Take the time after reading this article to reflect on your current office environment: Does it offer spaces that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of your workforce?

Consider how integrating Office Pods could enhance inclusivity and overall satisfaction within your team.

Why Accessible pods? FAQ?

Inclusivity in the workplace is not just about ticking boxes; it’s about unlocking the full potential of your workforce.

Providing an environment that is suitable and accessible for a diverse range of people, from different backgrounds and beliefs, can lead to a melting pot of ideas, which is paramount for fostering innovation and creativity.

Accessibility pods are essential to any inclusive workplace, allowing all the workforce to reap the benefits of meeting pods.

However, achieving this requires more than just diverse hiring practices; it also requires an environment where all employees feel valued and understood.

Traditional office designs, with their one-size-fits-all approach, often fall short in catering to the varied needs of a diverse workforce, inadvertently sidelining voices that might not fit the conventional mould.

This can lead to many issues, such as employees feeling left out, undervalued, and uncomfortable.

Providing an inclusive and accessible place helps to avoid these issues, and means every employee has a space they can feel at home.

Accessible Pods are modified and customised versions of our meeting pods. These have additions that allow for full inclusivity and accessibility.

We have a number of Accessible pods from both our HushOffice and Calma ranges.

Accessible pods are DDA compliant. They are essential to providing a quiet space for everyone in the workspace.
