Our factory and production partner aim to be carbon neutral by 2040. The production has reduced its energy costs
by 75% in 2023 with a substantial solar panel investment. This investment foresees an annual energy production of 3,127,000
kWh. It aims to reduce approx. 2,200 tons of carbon emissions from the entire production process.
EPD & Full Lifecycle Assesment for Calma pods
The EPD provides a comprehensive analysis of a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring transparency at every stage—from production to recycling. This declaration not only documents the environmental footprint of products in compliance with international standards but also reinforces their reliability and sustainability credentials in global markets.
Calma S, Calma Z & Z2, and Calma 2 have undergone Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to evaluate their environmental impact comprehensively. These assessments cover all stages of the product lifecycle, revealing key environmental performance indicators such as carbon footprint, energy consumption, and natural resource usage.
The data obtained from these analyses have been documented in the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) prepared for the Calma series.
Compliant with ISO 14025 and ISO 15804 standards, these declarations not only provide transparent insight into the environmental impact of our products but also solidify our commitment to sustainability on a global scale.

Our Calma pods are manufactured using 50% recycled PET felt, Basotect® G+ acoustic layers, and FSC®-certified materials.
All production takes place in our facilities that operate on 100% solar energy and adhere to a zero-waste policy.
With ISO 23351-1 Class A sound insulation, a VOC-free structure, and 2700K lighting aligned with natural rhythms, Calma is more than just a pod — it’s a reflection of a healthier, more mindful, and more sustainable workspace.

Certified with Class A sound insulation under ISO 23351-1 standards, it creates a healthy acoustic environment with a reverberation time of just 0.30 seconds. Its design balances both low and high-frequency sounds, helping users stay fully focused without distractions.
It really sets the new standard for Hybrid acoustic pods for a modern, technologically advanced office space.

Calma acoustic pods are crafted entirely from VOC free materials (organic or inorganic compounds), ensuring that your health is never compromised. There are no Xylenes, formaldehyde, acetone, chloroform, benzene or toluene in VOC-free air of Calma, providing long hours of fresh air.
Engineered to maintain constant fresh air circulation, Calma ensures CO2 levels below 1000 ppm and an air exchange rate up to 106 times per hour. As the perfect proportion for a regular meeting room, the constant fresh air creates an approximately 17 times better air circulation.
The double redundancy ventilation system is also adjustable from the touch screen controls and air flow direction is reversable from the vents at the top to the bottom, or vice-versa.
